3. Bookings and Cancellations
All speaking engagements and coaching sessions require a minimum of 14 days' advance notice for booking. A non-refundable deposit is required to secure your booking.
Cancellations made more than 14 days before the scheduled date are eligible for a refund of the remaining balance, less the deposit. Cancellations made within 14 days of the scheduled date are non-refundable.
We reserve the right to reschedule or cancel engagements due to unforeseen circumstances. In such cases, a full refund including the deposit will be provided, or the event will be rescheduled at a mutually agreed-upon date.
4. Digital Products
Digital products, including online courses and the accelerator program, are non-refundable once access has been granted. By purchasing a digital product, you acknowledge that you will not be entitled to a refund after gaining access to the content.
Digital products are licensed for personal use only. You may not redistribute, resell, or share access to any digital product without prior written consent.
5. Intellectual Property
All content on this website, including text, graphics, logos, images, audio, video, and digital downloads, is the property of Marc D. Alexander and is protected by applicable intellectual property laws.
You may not reproduce, distribute, modify, or create derivative works from any content without express written permission. Unauthorized use of any materials may result in legal action.
